Is there a free shuttle bus? 

There sure is! The Reef Star courtesy bus picks you up from designated bus pick up/drop off points detailed on our booking form. For parents travelling with children, according to the Queensland Government’s road safety regulations, child restraints are not required on buses. Children less than 1 year old can be held on the lap of someone 16 years or older. Children more than 1 year old and less than 7 years old can be restrained using a seat belt (but must not sit in the front seat if the vehicle has 2 or more rows of seats). Read more here.

Is the tour suitable for all ages and abilities?

The glass bottom boat tour is suitable for all ages (infants are free of charge). Some degree of fitness is required e.g. walking down the steps into the glass bottom boat. Please note, we do not have wheelchair access.

Clients should note that vessel/marine activities can involve risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control.
